Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Lessons must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed lessons are charged in full.

No make-up lessons will be provided for:
• No-shows
• Late arrivals over 15 minutes
• Failure to notify in advance

Exceptions may be considered only in genuine emergencies.
