To receive a makeup, the Client will let the Instructor know at least 24 hours in advance of a missed lesson. Exceptions can be made in the case of unforeseen circumstances (eg illness, family emergency, etc.) No-shows will result in the loss of the lesson - No makeup or deduction will be issued in the case of: - Tardiness of 15 minutes or more - Failure to inform the Instructor of a missed lesson - Not showing up for a lesson
